Monthly one-on-one consultations to observe constitutional changes and dynamically adjust herbal formulations — truly achieving "one person, one formula, adjusted monthly."

Ten years of working the land taught me to understand the "nature" of plants; Five years of wellness practice taught me to understand the "Qi" of the body.

Herbal medicine does not fight against the body — it assists the body in restoring its original order. When Qi flows smoothly and Yang energy is abundant, a person naturally radiates vitality.
